I am always attracted to a weathered tree and this one leans into the open sky above the rocks on an exposed stretch of Dartmoor. Vigorous marks and layered colour convey its resilience and the movement of wind through branches, rocks and rough vegetation.

All these original works on paper have been created en plein air by Debbie Mackinnon.

Each artwork is A3 (29.5 x 42 cm/and 11.7 x 16.5 inches) created on either hot press watercolour paper or good quality mixed media paper (approx. 200 GSM). They are available unframed for easy shipping worldwide in sturdy card packaging.
